HERE COMES MR.2010 WOOT ^_^wow time flew sooo fast. It felt like it was just a few months in 2009
I really had lots of fun counting down to 2010 with my loved ones, but how i wish my other lovelies were there too. How I wish all my friends were there. It would be totally perfect. But whatever it is, I will never forget the new year's eve i had =)
Performed at siloso beach with Apitos. Honestly, i think we did really great overall. I mean we didn't have much practice at all. Learning those new songs and all. Everyone did great! Like even with last minute practices and last minute people joining we all made it =) Like how SyaSya cam just a day before the show to practice and she did great and Adnan also did great for a last minute practice. Awesome ah serious. Love you guys =D (and the banglas attempting to grind us hahahaha!!) CHEERS TO ALL OF YOU!
Thanks to Aisyah, Hari, Suzie, Ifah, Aisyah Azmi, Adnan, Nazrul, Abby, Lis, SyaSya, Syaz and Fafa ! Had a great time performing and spending my last days of 2009 and first part of 2010 with you guys =D
2009
A very fucking interesting year for me. Every year, it gets better. I mean of course there are those ups and downs. I really love 2009. What an awesome awesome awesome journey I had.
Highlights of 2009
- Taking my license which I think Im stopping. Since i failed my TP twice. FUCK CARS! haha k i tke that back. I want to drive so badly =( but you know when you fail, the disappointment, the 'down' feeling, the fucked up feeling... it all makes you want to give up!
- Obviously, joining Bloco is a great and memorable event. Performed for NDP and a few performances here and there. Now at least we're still practising for Chingay so I don't need to blog about this much since there's not going to be a Bye to bloco for now ;)
- Meeting a lot of new friends. Really made a lot of new friends and Im really really thankful i found them. Of course, ill never forget anyone. AH. I really love all my loved ones like without them I am nothing, really. Very cliche, but you all complete my life =)
- Losing some friends. Actually I would say just two. I shall not say much about this, but im really sure it's not my loss. its yours. i really tried my best in saving this friendship. oh well. I'm not on the losing end anyway.
- H1N1 !!! Not that i got it but I did got so sick. I never got that sick in my life before. Fever went above 40 degrees for a few days. Sore throat. Cough. Flu. everything seh! I remember I already felt damn sick on the morning of 9th August... haha. I can also recall me coughing while playing Olodum during national day performance hahahaha. okay not funny.
- Michael Jackson and The Rev passed away. They are LEGEND-waitforit...-DARY!!!
- Quraisah's chalet. I swear it was so memorable. Like hello. QURAISAH SIOL! had like some malay people reunion or something haha. I really wana re-live those moments. PLEASE!??
- Lotsss of overnighting. Way better than last year. Like I couldnt overnight much last year. Hit many clubs in 2009. A lot of random overnighting doing nothing much? I guess I did get the freedom Ive always wanted. Thanks Ayah n Mama =D
- Got kicked out of school but got reinstated back. Very thankful for this. I was really praying to Allah that Id get back in. And Quraisha really wrote a great letter to convince my teacher to give me a second chance. I owe you big time Qsha. Love you a lot. Dont worry, I have been putting in effort =)
- Love life? Nah. Not going to date or fool around anymore till I find one awesome boy who can make me laugh a lot and always there for me. That's all i ask for. I dont ask for much okay heh.
Plans for 2010?
Haven't thought of any yet. But one things for sure. I really want to be a better Muslim. I know i say this every time. But really. I really want to be better. Kicking it off with praying whenever i have the time =)
